Tom
spent 31 years in industry before forming ICC/Bull's Eye Marketing, Inc. in
1990. Tom obtained a degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin -
Madison in 1959. He also has a Master's degree in engineering from the
University of Pennsylvania and has 27 credits in business as a graduate student
at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is a registered professional
engineer and holds 5 patents. He has also taught market research at Marian
college in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Tom is a past Chairman of the NC Committee of the AMT (formerly the National Machine Tool Builders Association). He has served as National Director, Area Vice President, and National Treasurer of the NMA (the National Management Association). He served as the Steering Committee Chairman and Past President for the Industrial Computing Society. He is also a fellow and honorary board member of the industrial computing society and a recipient of their distinguished service award. He is a free lance writer who has had dozens of articles published in the last five years. He is a member of, and has been involved in, numerous national and community organizations and activities including promotion of the free enterprise system.
Amy
received an Associates degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1984 and her
B.B.A. degree in marketing from Marian College in 1998.
Prior to joining ICC/Bull's Eye Marketing in 1994, Amy had many years of experience in the area of retail management.
George received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University in 1950 and in 1957 an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining ICC/Bull's Eye Marketing, Inc. in 1992, George had over 40 years industrial experience and he is a Registered Professional Engineer.
George has been heavily involved in the IEEE. In 1988, he was awarded the IEEE IAS Distinguished Service Award, and in 1991 was elected to the IEEE grade of FELLOW.
Gene
Olig, Market Researcher/Trainer, does market research and has primary
responsibility for a special ongoing training program. Gene was with Giddings
& Lewis for 38 years, serving as Manager of Product Design.
Mary
Hietpas is a qualified facilitator whose experience spans more than 35 years in
the private and public sectors. Her
background includes report writing, grant development, project management and
coordination, strategic planning, facilitation, instruction, and educational
management. She has experience in
writing and managing numerous State of Wisconsin and federally funded as well
as privately funded projects. Her
facilitated sessions focus on grant development and project management as well
as leadership for the administrative professional. Mary attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a
Masters Degree in Administrative Leadership.
She is a member or past member of the American Management Association,
the American Careers and Technical Education Association, the Wisconsin Careers
and Technical Education Association, and the American Society for Quality.
Josh
received his B.B.A. degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin -
Madison in 1991 and in 1993 his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin -
Oshkosh.
Since 1993 he has been an adjunct instructor at Marian College teaching undergraduate business courses in strategy, management, marketing, and market research. Josh was awarded the "1997 Joint Ventures in Education Outstanding Facilitator of the Year" a National award for excellence in teaching.
Josh served as Research Director of ICC/Bull's Eye Marketing, Inc. from 1990 thru 2000. Prior to joining Bull’s Eye Marketing in 1990 Josh had 3 years of industry experience in the area of control product design. He currently manages the Institutional Advancement and Research activities for a College.
